Blithe Spirit is a comedic play penned by the renowned Noël Coward, who described it as "an improbable farce in three acts." The narrative revolves around Charles Condomine, a sophisticated socialite and writer, who decides to hold a séance performed by the quirky medium Madame Arcati to seek inspiration for his new book. However, the situation takes a surprising turn as Charles becomes haunted by the lively spirit of his former wife, Elvira. Elvira's playful apparition causes chaos in Charles's marriage to his current wife, Ruth, who remains unaware of the supernatural disturbances.
