The Anastasia File

14th to 17th August 2013

Performances took place at St. John’s Church Hall

Did the daughter of Tsar Nicholas II tragically perish with the rest of the imperial family in 1918? Or could she have possibly been the mysterious girl discovered in an asylum in 1920? This cleverly crafted drama skillfully lays out the arguments both for and against the true identity of "Mrs. Manahan," engaging the audience with just four talented actors.

The play features Mrs. Manahan, a dedicated police inspector who even takes on the role of his own son, along with two additional actors who impressively portray a total of thirty characters. Spectators are captivated by the intriguing storyline, culminating in a surprising and unforgettable twist that leaves a lasting impact on all who witness the enthralling performance.
